The Physical Level

We know that the body shows clear signs of fatigue at the hormonal and micronutrient levels. These are exactly the areas where we can influence and strengthen the internal organs. Various herbal plants can build up the adrenal gland. Nature-identical hormones from yam roots, on the other hand, can replace the body’s own “burnt out” hormones.

Measures based on the five pillars of Chinese Medicine such as acupuncture, acupressure (Tuina) and herbal therapies can additionally strengthen body and mind.
